We are incredibly proud of our Forecast team. In 2020, our Board of Directors deepened their commitment to racial equity, social justice and setting conditions for growth. As our work grows nationally, so will our staff and board, expanding to include national leaders with impact outside of our region. While we adapted to keep our team fully employed throughout the pandemic and supported them compassionately to be fully present in their personal lives, we were also able to bring new consulting team members into the fold in the areas of communication and artist training.
